These terms govern your use of this website and the VAVAVOICE service, provided by VAVAVOICE Limited (Company Reg 16739182).

The service

VAVAVOICE provides voice agents that handle and book party enquiries for venues. Plan scope and pricing are described on our pricing page; the free Front Desk tier is provided as-is to evaluate the service.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and only for your own venues and brand. Don’t resell, reverse-engineer, or use it to mislead callers.

Fees

Paid plans bill per site, ex VAT, monthly or yearly as selected. Cancel monthly plans any time; yearly plans run their term.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
